These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the ZOE HUB platform, owned and operated by ZOE DAO Ecosystem Ltd. By accessing or using the platform, all users (Merchants and Buyers) agree to comply with the rules outlined below.


SECTION A: TERMS FOR MERCHANTS

1. KYC and Onboarding

  1. All merchants must successfully complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.
  2. A valid government-issued identification must be provided.
  3. Only merchants who meet the platform’s compliance criteria will be approved and onboarded.


2. Product Authenticity and Availability

  1. Merchants must only list goods and services that are currently available in their inventory.
  2. Uploading or advertising items not in stock is strictly prohibited.
  3. Any merchant found guilty of this act will face immediate suspension from the platform.


3. Delivery Obligations

  1. Local deliveries must be completed within 5 working days.
  2. International deliveries must be completed within 14 working days.
  3. If a buyer does not receive the purchased goods within the specified timeframe, the buyer will be entitled to a full refund in $ZOE Token.


4. Product Representation

  1. Merchants must upload high-quality images that accurately represent the actual product.
  2. The quality and condition of delivered goods must match the displayed images.
  3. Any merchant found misrepresenting products will be permanently removed from the platform.


5. Compliance and Conduct

  1. Merchants must operate honestly and uphold the integrity of the ZOE HUB marketplace.
  2. Any fraudulent, misleading, or unethical activity may result in suspension or permanent ban.


SECTION B: TERMS FOR BUYERS

1. Account and Security Rules


1.1 Provide Accurate Information

Buyers must provide true, accurate, and complete information, including name, shipping address, and payment details.


1.2 Protect Credentials

  1. Buyers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including passwords and 2FA codes.
  2. Any activity conducted through the account is the responsibility of the account owner.


1.3 Account Misuse

  1. Unauthorized access or hacking
  2. Creation of fake or multiple fraudulent accounts
  3. Any form of fraudulent activity


2. Purchase and Payment Rules


2.1 Acceptance of Terms

By completing a purchase, buyers agree to all applicable terms, including those related to payment, shipping, and refunds.


2.2 Payment Authorization

  1. Buyers must use valid payment methods, specifically $ZOE Token.
  2. Buyers must ensure sufficient funds are available before confirming any transaction.
  3. Use of fraudulent or unauthorized payment methods is a violation of these terms.


2.3 Understanding Fees

Buyers are responsible for reviewing and understanding all applicable charges, including:

  2. Shipping fees
  3. Taxes and customs duties (if applicable)


3. Usage and Conduct Rules


3.1 Respect Intellectual Property

Buyers must not copy, reproduce, or misuse any platform content, including images, logos, or branding.


3.2 Prohibited Conduct

  1. Buyers must not post or share:
  2. Offensive or abusive content
  3. Illegal materials
  4. False or misleading information


3.3 Genuine Reviews

  1. All reviews and feedback must be:
  2. Honest and based on actual experience
  3. Free from spam or manipulation
  4. Non-defamatory and respectful


GENERAL PROVISION

ZOE HUB reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions.

The platform may update these terms at any time to reflect improvements, legal requirements, or operational changes.

Continued use of ZOE HUB signifies acceptance of any updated terms.
